I'm a Celebrity: Tulisa's appearance no joke, warns Rylan

Rylan Clark has warned that Tulisa's appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! is no joke.

The presenter, who won the show in 2013, said that he had seen first-hand how tough the jungle can be.

"I've done the show and I know what it's like," he said. "It's not a joke. It's tough going in there."

Rylan said that he is a big fan of Tulisa and he thinks she will do well on the show.

"She's a strong woman and I think she's going to surprise a lot of people," he said. "But she needs to be prepared for it to be hard."
