Ronaldo double helps Portugal reach Nations League quarters, Spain win
Portugal
Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice as Portugal beat Switzerland 4-0 to reach the Nations League quarter-finals in Porto on Sunday.
The victory put Portugal top of Group A2 with 10 points from four games, two ahead of second-placed Spain who beat the Czech Republic 2-0 in Malaga to book their place in the last four.
Ronaldo, who became the all-time men's international top scorer earlier this month, took his tally to 117 goals for his country when he headed home Diogo Dalot's cross in the 35th minute.
Spain
Spain also reached the Nations League finals after beating the Czech Republic 2-0 in Malaga.
Goals from Carlos Soler and Pablo Sarabia gave Luis Enrique's side the victory and top spot in Group A2, with 11 points from four games.
The Czech Republic, who had needed to win to reach the finals, finished third with four points, while Switzerland were bottom with three points.
