Spain determined to sign off with UEFA Nations League win v Switzerland

Luis de la Fuente takes charge of Spain for the first time

Spain will be looking to sign off their UEFA Nations League campaign with a victory when they host Switzerland on Sunday.

La Roja have endured a disappointing campaign, winning just one of their five matches and finishing bottom of Group 2 in League A.

However, Luis de la Fuente will be hoping to end on a positive note in his first match in charge.

The former Spain Under-21 coach has been handed the reins following Luis Enrique's departure after the World Cup.

De la Fuente will be without a number of key players for the match, including Sergio Busquets, Pedri, and Ansu Fati.

However, he will be able to call upon the likes of Aymeric Laporte, Rodri, and Ferran Torres.

Switzerland, meanwhile, will be looking to build on their impressive start to the campaign.

The Swiss have won three of their five matches and are currently top of Group 2.

A win on Sunday would see them secure promotion to League A.

However, Murat Yakin's side will be without a number of key players, including Granit Xhaka, Xherdan Shaqiri, and Yann Sommer.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 20:45 CET at the Estadio de la Cartuja in Seville.
