Rylan has warned Tulisa that her return to the jungle is "no joke"
Rylan Clark has warned Tulisa that her return to the jungle is "no joke".
The former I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! contestant - who appeared on the show in 2012 - has urged the N-Dubz star to be prepared for the tough conditions in the Australian outback.
Speaking on his BBC Radio 2 show, Rylan said: "Tulisa is going into the jungle. I have texted her and said, 'Listen, it's no joke in there. Make sure you're prepared.'"
Tulisa is one of 12 celebrities taking part in this year's series of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, which begins on ITV on Sunday night.
Other contestants include former footballer Dennis Wise, ex-Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard, and broadcaster Louise Minchin.
Rylan also revealed that he has been speaking to some of the other contestants ahead of their jungle stint.
"I've been speaking to AJ Pritchard and Louise Minchin," he said. "They're all really excited. Louise is a bit nervous, but she's also really up for it."
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! starts on ITV on Sunday night at 9pm.
